Sanitary Horizontal Inline Mixing system including the following: -25 HP, explosion proof motor drive at 3600 rpm. -Double mechanical seal for operating pressures up to 150 psi -Mix chamber designed for up to 75 psi -Wetted parts of the unit of type 316L stainless steel polished to a #7 finish, exterior stainless steel components have a #4 finish. -Vessel 28” diameter x 28" straight side with ASME F&D head, jacketed for 75 psig on the sides and bottom and 30 psi internal pressure with ASME code stamp. -Heavy-duty fabricated stainless steel base polished to a 150 grit finish, portable and on sanitary stainless steel caster wheels. -25 HP variable frequency drive in a NEMA 4X stainless enclosure is included for variable speed control of the mixer.
