Ross recently introduced the new PharmaComp Control, Instrumentation and Data Acquisition System for use with their sanitary mixing, homogenizing and dispersing equipment The PharmaComp is a PLC-driven system with a Touch-Screen Operator Interface.

The PharmaComp controls and monitors all functions of the independently controlled inner and outer counter-rotating agitators and bottom entering high speed homogenizing turbine of the mixer shown. Additionally, vacuum and temperature control is also handled by this system. The panel is constructed of easy to clean stainless steel and is floor mounted for installation convenient to the mixer it will be used with.

The PharmaComp is available for use with all Ross Sanitary mixing systems, including the VersaMix and Turboemulsifier. It can also be used with existing mixing systems of other manufacturers.
