A new 100-gallon Double Planetary Mixer was recently completed and shipped. This unit was designed for full vacuum operation, and also included a jacket for heating or cooling.

All wetted parts are of 316 ss and internal surfaces are polished to a 150-grit finish. A special liquid seal was also included to seal the gearbox area from the product being mixed, thereby eliminating the possibility of product contamination.
